Abstract

either direct or indirect. Much valuable information could be gained by direct heteronuclear detection, and in particular, 13C NMR. Sensitivity factors currently preclude the direct detection of 13C resonances, although the polarization transfer techniques outlined in this chapter offer potential sensitivity gains of orders of magnitude.
