Abstract
Reflecting upon a decade of collaborations between two friends, this chapter, written in the form of a letter, explores friendship as scholarship. The letters of this collaboration facilitate the vulnerability required for the development of critical awareness of the self in relation to the other. These letters are also manifestations of friendship as scholarship, a path for living inquiry together that bridges the personal and the public and enables the criticality and humility necessary for personal and social transformation.
