Abstract
The potential impacts that issues of race/ethnicity, sex/gender, and class have for the evaluation enterprise are complex. These characteristics intersect in multifaceted ways, particularly in the context of a social/political enterprise such as program evaluation. This chapter presents a modest effort at acknowledgment and understanding.
