Factors in successful research proposal preparation

Abstract

Getting involved in working groups, committees, society meetings is very valuable for staying informed about the community of researchers-and them getting to know them. Attitude and personality are very important in developing productive links with the people that will be reviewing papers and proposals. Thus, respect is a key concept.
