Abstract

Fabrication of nanostructures has been carried out for the study of thermal and thermoelectric transport properties. The study was done on an electron waveguide, defined as a double-bend quantum structure in a two-dimensional electron gas, using a current heating technique. Seebeck and Peltier effects are observed in this structure.
