Abstract

A presentation covers CO2 absorption using MEA vs. carbonate solvents; comparison of Stripping Energy: Integrated Vacuum Carbonate Absorption Process (IVCAP) for CO2 absorption; impact of enzyme concentration and potassium carbonate as solvents; impact of temperature; enzyme catalyst for CO2 absorption; and comparison of packed column vs. CSTR. This is an abstract of a paper presented at the 103rd AWMA Annual Conference and Exhibition (Alberta, Canada 6/22-25/2010).
