Abstract

The authors consider the characterization of scattering by a patch array on a dielectric slab. Exact and approximate numerical techniques are presented to evaluate the scattering by a finite array of perfectly conducting patches on a dielectric slab. Effects due to truncation of the dielectric slab are also considered.
