Abstract

We demonstrate an electro-optic nonreciprocal polarization rotator for 780nm light in a lithium niobate on insulator photonics platform. Our device achieves ~ 12 dB contrast between the polarization-rotated sidebands for opposite directions over a bandwidth ~ 2 n m.
