Efficient nonlinear growth model estimation: its relationship to measurement interval.

Abstract

A model was developed to depict the serial correlation between increment core memasurements as a function of measurement interval. It was then possible to evaluate for different measurement intervals the ordinary least squares and generalized least squares parameter estimates of a nonlinear growth model.-Author
