Abstract
Computer simulations were used to investigate the SID dynamics of Cr(CO)6+ collisions with n-hexylthiolate SAM and diamond surfaces. Based on the data, it was possible to probe the dynamics of Cr(CO)6+ SID on the SAM and diamond surfaces for Ei in the range of 5-110 eV.
