Abstract

We demonstrate label-free imaging of cell attachment upon a photonic-crystal biosensor surface. Newly-implemented PCEM image-analysis software is used to dynamically visualize individual live-cell movement and demonstrate the spatiotemporal-distribution of cellular material during adhesion and motion.
