Abstract

Vibrational Circular Dichroism (VCD) arises from chiroptical phenomena in biological samples. We demonstrate VCD imaging, a novel microscopy technique that can provide molecular- and spatially-specific chirality mapping of biological tissues by measuring optical activity.
