Abstract

A database was developed to store observations made in the field for the Geoscience BC-supported project, Surficial Geochemistry and Lithology of the Bulkley River Valley, central British Columbia. This database will assist users of the accompanying till geochemistry and clast lithology data to explore and query other information collected at each sampling site (e.g., location, drainage class, topographic position, character of sampled material, lithology of clasts in the material and bedrock lithology if observed at the sampling site). This paper is a preliminary guide to the structure of the database, which will be released as part of the final project report through Geoscience BC.
