Abstract
This paper describes the design and fabrication of a 4-channel optoelectronic data link based on GaAs integrated circuit arrays for optical data communications that satisfy the need for high densities, parallel and low latency connections. This OEIC array, designed for low power and low crosstalk, will be installed in iPoint testbed to evaluate its link performance.
