Examines the problem of multiple punishments in the U.S. under the 'United States Sentencing Guidelines (Guidelines).' Exploration of the misalignment of double jeopardy jurisprudence with the kinds of multiple punishment that occur under the Guidelines; Identification of the forms of double-counting that occur under the Guidelines; Discussion on the solutions to sentencing redundancies.
