Abstract

Correction Notice: This paper is an updated version of the previously uploaded manuscript (DOI:10.2514/6.2019-4147), and because of major additions and changes, we recommend the reader to also refer to this correction of the manuscript. The domain size for Section II has been updated because a smaller domain provided more physical insights. Section III and IV, and Figs. 2 to 10 have been updated with the results on a smaller domain which were presented in the conference.
