Construction of a genomic library using high-molecular-weight DNA prepared from peach leaves

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

A method for constructing a total genomic library of peach DNA is presented. DNA of 200 kb or more is efficiently isolated from relatively large amounts of peach leaves (15 to at least 50 g) and used to construct the library in bacteriophage λ.
