N2 - We report here the complete genome sequences of three Staphylococcus haemolyticus strains isolated from a mouse fibrotic lung tissue and exhibiting proapoptotic activity on human lung alveolar epithelial cells. The genomes were obtained from a combination of Illumina MiSeq and Oxford Nanopore MinION sequencing.
