Abstract

We demonstrate 2-dimentional coherently coupled bottom-emitting VCSEL arrays. Inphase operation has been obtained from 3-element triangular arrays, while out-of-phase operation has been obtained from 2x2, 3x3, and 4x4 arrays. OCIS codes: (140.7260) Vertical cavity surface emitting lasers
