Abstract
Contrasts natural climate change during the earth's history with recent human-driven change. Discusses predictive models for changes in temperature and precipitation, and the implications for Illinois. Concludes Illinois is getting warmer and wetter, with potential for more flooding, heat waves with associated losses in health and wealth.
