Abstract

Integrated mode-selective on-chip couplers are reported using Si-nanoantennaspatterned Si3N4 waveguide. A chip-integrated twisted-light generator coupling free-space light into optical vortex carrying 1ћ OAM is numerically demonstrated, by engineering spatial modal-overlap & controlled mode mixing.
