Calculation formula for vibrational control of a class of linear time lag systems

Abstract

This paper presents a calculation formula for computing the correction terms in the averaged description of the vibrationally controlled time delay system in terms of the parameters of vibrations. The formula reveals the effectiveness of vibrations in relocating the spectrum of the averaged system and facilitates a search for stabilizing vibrations for a class of time lag systems. Robustness of correction terms with respect to delays is also discussed.
