Abstract

Band-selective homonuclear recoupling was demonstrated to reduce the size and complexity of a spin cluster based on offsets. It was shown that a spin system subjected to band-selective recoupling obeyed the equation of motion of the reduced spin cluster. The results showed that an n-spin system can be effectively reduced to an n-1 spin system.
