Abstract

In the past few years, tremendous advances have been made in the fields of ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and contrast agent development. The purpose of this article is to highlight the importance developments in imaging techniques that can be used for detection and characterization of focal hepatic lesions.
