A thermoelectric cuvette cooler for optical studies in cryobiochemistry

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

The inflexibility, inconvenience, and large cost of a liquid nitrogen-cooled gaseous temperature regulator can be circumvented using Peltier-junction technology. The advantages offered in such a system are apparent, and could easily open the door to further capitalization of the elegant cryoenzymology techniques pioneered by Douzou.
