Abstract

- We present a novel ABR congestion control algorithm which is adaptive to changing network conditions and robust to network delays. The algorithm is easy to implement, as it only requires a single design parameter, and no centralized knowledge about the status of the network. Further, max-min fairness and queue length stability under MCR and PCR constraints are automatically achieved.
