Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

We have discussed the basics of DNA and RNA methods. The protein methods will be included with the review on proteomics. Molecular cloning and current protocols in molecular biology are two excellent manuals routinely used in laboratories as reference books for various methods (4,5). There are also web sites that provide tools for analysis, databases, and protocols (6,7). The next two articles in this series will build up and discuss the large-scale biology approaches and the disciplines of genomics and proteomics.
