Abstract

A preconditioner for solving finite element-boundary integral matrix equation of three-dimensional electromagnetic wave scattering was presented. The method was derived from absorbing boundary conditions (ABC). A Krylov subspace method was used to seek the solution of the problem. Results indicated the effectiveness and fast convergence of the iterative solution.
