Abstract

In this work, a custom transmission line pulsing system is built using common laboratory equipment and off-the-shelf components. The combination of Kelvin probing, ground return line length reduction, and an optimized oscilloscope ranging algorithm provide excellent TLP I-V curves and enables highly accurate measurement of device on-resistance.
