Abstract

A methodology is presented for the fast synthesis of a SPICE-compatible, dispersive, multi-port equivalent circuit model of a group of coupled bond wires. The expediency of the proposed method stems from its reliance upon resistance and inductance matrices for the coupled wires extracted at low and high frequencies only, which are then combined with a rational function interpolation process to obtain R(ω), L(ω) over the entire frequency bandwidth of interest.
