Data for Parent-of-origin dependent allelic regulation of social behaviors in mice by noncanonically imprinted monoamine synthesis genes

Dataset

Description

This repository contains raw behavioral data from social behavior assays conducted in mice and used in the analyses reported in the associated publication. The dataset includes measures from social recognition, social preference/social novelty preference, and social odor preference paradigms. Data are provided as comma-separated value (CSV) files and include animal metadata (e.g., sex, genotype, breeding cross) along with behavioral outcome measures recorded during testing.
